The effect for me is a subtle but profound feeling of relaxing, internal loosening of tension and tightness in joints and muscles, and a general sense of well being. I do not take it for any serious life threatening diseases, but I know that it does a number on many of them from personal testimonials of survivors. Cancer and heart disease have run in my family, and I take it as preventive maintenance.
